Tracey Carnihan

Portfolio Manager

Energetic. A clear communicator. Focused on all things compliance.

Tracey joined Stable after 11 years with Australian facilities management company Orica, where she was responsible for managing 15 floors of a commercial building.

Her skill-set translated seamlessly to her role as Stable’s Compliance Manager, where she maintained our squeaky-clean reputation for ‘doing things right’, and ensured our property portfolio met all compliance and legislative requirements.

Tracey has now stepped into the Property Management role and is excelling in this position. She knows her portfolios compliance status and ensures all matters of management are on course. Tracey’s owners and tenants love working with her just as much as she loves her F&C Friday’s with her husband and two sons.

Take a closer look:

  •  As Compliance Manager Tracey's role was to focus on maintaining our squeaky clean reputation of 'doing things right' and ensuring that our portfolio continued to remain inside legislative guidelines.
  • She takes great pride in keeping property owners updated on their properties – and letting them know if anything needs doing. Tracey is the lady of  'the follow up’ and never leaves her station with either a tenant or an owner not responded to.
  • We’ve supported Tracey through Real iQ Academy accreditation, which has introduced her to the Property Management NZ style, and she is on track to complete NZQA L4 Property Management Accreditation too.

Sam Logan

Portfolio Manager

Meticulous. Helpful. Keen to learn.

Sam joined Stable in 2020 after living in London for 4.5 years, where he gained extensive practical experience with one of the city’s largest property management companies. Starting as a maintenance and repairs manager with a portfolio of more than 300 properties, he later moved into a more specialised property management role.

Sam initially joined Stable as a Property Associate where he was responsible for undertaking property inspections: liaising with tenants and owners, writing a cracking inspection report and maintaining all aspects of the maintenance management process.  A task not for the faint hearted - he was able to reacquaint himself with Wellington, get to know our portfolio and also learn about the Wellington rental market.

He took so well to this role well that we gave him his own portfolio to manage. Sam’s completed his Real IQ Academy ‘ Introduction to Property Management' and is on track to completing NZQA L4 Property Management Accreditation too.

Take a closer look:

  •  Sam has already earned a reputation for his attention to detail, proactive suggestions and grammatically correct emails.
  • As a rugby fanatic he’s always open to long chats about the ups and downs of the sport and the players.
  • He’s a foodie too, which means he’s happy to help finish off any surplus baking in the Stable office.
