Lincoln is approachable, detail oriented and a tactical thinker. He’s motivated for success and doesn’t take to idle at all well. He has 11 years’ experience in the property management industry, including 4 years as Business Development Manager for a Wellington-based company. With an extensive knowledge of Wellington’s property management market, Lincoln can tell you about rents and rentability of any area across the greater Wellington region, including the Kapiti Coast and across to Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt.

His favourite aspect of property management is that his role is tangible. He can see the results of the decisions he makes on behalf of the company and its owners. Gaining a listing, providing a robust solution for his owners and getting the property rent ready to maximise the owner’s return on investment really motivates him. Lincoln holds a Bachelor of Communication (Communication Management) and a Post Grad Dip in Business Administration (Communication Management) and is currently researching his Masters of Management thesis.

Lincoln is an exceptional communicator with an innate ability to see both sides of a story – a very necessary skill when engaging with the many types of people this industry brings into his professional life.

A director of the company and our principal portfolio manager, Jenna has extensive property management knowledge and experience. She spent 7 years with a Wellington-based property management company in a number of roles gaining expertise in all aspects of the industry – achieving the role of senior property manager.

Jenna left that company to have a baby, Blake, and now has Logan and Connor. Running her own property management company means she can spend time with her boys while still working in an industry that she loves. Jenna now has 11 years’ Property Management experience and says her favourite thing about property management is the dynamic and wide-ranging people contact, the variation that each day brings in this multifaceted industry coupled with the satisfaction that comes from a smooth-running tenancy.

Motivated, honest and keen to get the job done!

Kate brings fantastic energy and a genuine passion for property to the team at Stable.

She has more than 10 years’ experience in property management, and was runner up 2014 and 2015 NZ Property Manager of the Year awarded by Leading Property Managers of New Zealand (LPMNZ).

Owners and tenants are in very capable and careful hands. 

Kate’s ability to take ownership and her deep understanding of property management means she’s very much at home with the Stable team. Kate sees things through to the end and, if she’s presented with a problem, will always find a fair and reasonable solution.

Kate loves a 'right laugh’ (she’s English) which is much enjoyed by all. We’re sure you’ll get on like a house on fire.

Compliance Manager

Tracey joins Stable from the Australian facilities management company Orica. She has spent 11 years in the industry managing 15 floors of a commercial building. A large part of her role was to ensure all floors remain compliant with legislation and/or legislative changes, including Health and Work Place Safety, and that all floors operated within the State of Victoria legislative guidelines.   
 
As Compliance Manager Tracey's role is to focus on maintaining our squeaky clean reputation of 'doing things right' and ensuring that our portfolio continues to remain inside legislative guidelines. She’ll also be out and about assessing properties and grabbing a bit of fresh air, from time to time, helping the wider team with showings.
