Lincoln’s success in property management goes back to 2004. Returning from overseas he joined a Wellington-based property management company, and not long after was promoted to Leasing and Business Development Manager. Lincoln enjoyed the industry so much that he set up with business partner Jenna Flynn to establish Stable Property in 2014.

• He has a Bachelor of Communication (Communication Management), a postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (Communication Management) and NZQA Level 4 Property Management accreditation.

Our clients love working with Jenna. As well as being a Stable Property director and a senior member of the team, she makes property management fun!

Jenna’s career in property management started in 2004 when she joined a Wellington-based property management company. In her seven years there she learned all about the industry, and climbed the ladder to the role of Senior Property Manager. Keen for a new adventure, she leapt at the opportunity to join Lincoln in setting up Stable Property.

• She loves the flexibility of self-employment, and her ability to split time between her boys and her work in an industry she adores.

• Jenna has built on her many years of experience with NZQA Level 4 Property Management accreditation.

• Jenna says her favourite thing about property management is the dynamic and wide-ranging people contact, the variation that each day brings in this multifaceted industry coupled with the satisfaction that comes from a smooth-running tenancy.

Kate brings energy, capability and a genuine passion for property to her role as a partner and Portfolio Manager at Stable Property. With 15-plus years of experience in the business, she has a deep understanding of all aspects of property management.

• Kate enjoys seeing things through to the end. If there’s a problem, she’ll always find a fair and reasonable solution and keep good humour.

• She was the runner-up for the 2014 and 2015 New Zealand Property Manager of the Year awards, which are presented by Leading Property Managers of New Zealand.

• She has NZQA Level 4 Property Management accreditation.

• She loves a ‘right laugh’ (said with her English accent), and the rest of us can’t help but join in – it’s catching!

Tracey joined Stable after 11 years with Australian facilities management company Orica, where she was responsible for managing 15 floors of a commercial building. She has adapted her skills to her role as Stable’s Compliance Manager, in which she maintains our squeaky-clean reputation for ‘doing things right’ and ensures our property portfolio meets all compliance and legislative requirements.

• As Compliance Manager Tracey's role is to focus on maintaining our squeaky clean reputation of 'doing things right' and ensuring that our portfolio continues to remain inside legislative guidelines. As well as spending time assessing clients’ properties, Tracey often helps the wider team with property showings and inspections

• She takes great pride in keeping property owners updated on their properties – and letting them know if anything needs doing to ensure they’re legally compliant and meet Healthy Homes Guarantee Act requirements.

• We’ve supported Tracey through Real iQ Academy accreditation, which has introduced her to the Property Management NZ style.

• When you hear from her she’ll let you know if your property needs anything doing so that you can rest assured your property is legislatively compliant and within the Healthy Homes Guarantee Act guidelines.

Sam joined Stable in 2020 after living in London for 4.5 years, where he gained extensive practical experience with one of the city’s largest property management companies. Starting as a maintenance and repairs manager with a personal portfolio of more than 300 properties, he later moved into a more specialised property management role.

As a Property Associate with Stable, Sam has most recently been undertaking property inspections so that he can reacquaint himself with Wellington, get to know our portfolio and learn about the Wellington rental market.

• Sam has already earned a reputation for his attention to detail, proactive suggestions and grammatically correct emails.

• As a rugby fanatic he’s always open to long chats about the ups and downs of the sport and the players.

• He’s a foodie too, which means he’s happy to help finish off any surplus baking in the Stable office.

Friendly. Organised. Experienced.

Julia joined the Stable team as Operations Manager in 2020. She has an extensive background in administrative services, having worked for 10 years as an executive assistant in the financial services industry and held roles in facilities and administration management and commercial real estate. 

As Operations Manager Julia’s responsible for overseeing all Stable’s administrative functions and our commitment to meeting our Healthy Homes obligations. She ensures that all the Ts are crossed and the Is are dotted, and everyone in the team is doing exactly what they’re supposed to be doing.

• Julia supports the directors and wider team developing and implementing Stable’s formal procedures.

• She’s the friendly voice on the end of the phone and the smiley face who’ll meet you at the Stable office.

• A clear communicator, she also excels in time management and organisation.

• Julia is a born and bred Wellingtonian. She has two children, and in her spare time enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
