Lincoln Carlyle

Director/Business Development

Lincoln is approachable, detail oriented and a tactical thinker. He’s motivated for success and doesn’t take to idle at all well. He has 11 years’ experience in the property management industry, including 4 years as Business Development Manager for a Wellington-based company. With an extensive knowledge of Wellington’s property management market, Lincoln can tell you about rents and rentability of any area across the greater Wellington region, including the Kapiti Coast and across to Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt.

His favourite aspect of property management is that his role is tangible. He can see the results of the decisions he makes on behalf of the company and its owners. Gaining a listing, providing a robust solution for his owners and getting the property rent ready to maximise the owner’s return on investment really motivates him. Lincoln holds a Bachelor of Communication (Communication Management) and a Post Grad Dip in Business Administration (Communication Management) and is currently researching his Masters of Management thesis.

Lincoln is an exceptional communicator with an innate ability to see both sides of a story – a very necessary skill when engaging with the many types of people this industry brings into his professional life.

 

Jenna Flynn

Director/Portfolio Manager

Practical. Strategic. Approachable. Great sense of humour. You’ll love dealing with Jenna.

A director of the company and our principal portfolio manager, Jenna has extensive property management knowledge and experience. She spent 7 years with a Wellington-based property management company in a number of roles gaining expertise in all aspects of the industry – achieving the role of senior property manager.

Jenna left that company to have a baby, Blake, and now has Logan and Connor. Running her own property management company means she can spend time with her boys while still working in an industry that she loves. Jenna now has 11 years’ Property Management experience and says her favourite thing about property management is the dynamic and wide-ranging people contact, the variation that each day brings in this multifaceted industry coupled with the satisfaction that comes from a smooth-running tenancy.

Mark Speer - Property Associate

Thoughtful. Considered. Completely unflappable. Mark has an owner’s eye for rental property and a genuine love of property investment. Mark turned his talents to property following a 20-year, high profile career in marketing and advertising and 7 years as a small business owner. Over the past 5 years, he has bought and renovated several rental properties in Wellington as long term holds. From the start, he believed in utilising residential property managers, believing that professional management of such large investments to be an astute call and a great way to learn.

Mark takes care of all aspects of our property inspections from arranging access to completing detailed reports, following up with clients and coordinating maintenance tasks large or small. As a property owner, he knows what to look for. He can spot a potential problem a mile off. He has a natural empathy with people, putting tenants at ease and solving issues that inevitably arise from time to time without fuss or fanfare.

Sarah Dredge

Property Support:

Enthusiastic, outgoing and a firm believer that the devil is in the detail, Sarah is an invaluable member of the team. She joined Stable fresh from the fast-paced world of recruitment and the legal industry where she honed her analytical and communication skills and ability to work under pressure.  No wonder she quickly became the 'go to' person here at Stable for team members and clients alike. 

Her role, as Property Support, includes our rental property managers across their day-to-day activities making sure deadlines are met, people have the information they need and, basically, that the t's are crossed and the i's dotted – so everything holds together.. Our clients, as do we, appreciate Sarah's genuine personality, phenomenal administrative skills and helpful approach.
